Windows 10: How to turn off Precision touchpad multi-touch for a disabled user?

Greetings everyone,I am working with a guy who is paralyzed and cannot use his fingers or wrist. His older laptop did not have a precision touchpad, and he was able to move the mouse by moving his fingers over the touchpad. This older laptop did not detect multiple fingers; so, there was no interruption when multiple fingers touched the touchpad.He now has a new laptop Lenovo Legion 5, and it comes with a precision touchpad – the same as all modern laptops. Disabling touchpad gestures in Windows 10

Hi Andrzej,

Precision touchpad is one of the improvements recently brought to Windows 10 to support touch gestures. Is you device running on Windows Creators Update? If yes, follow the steps below to disable touchpad:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Ease of Access.
• Click Touchpad.
• Under Touchpad, toggle the switch on or off.
• You can also uncheck the box beside Leave touchpad on the when a mouse is connectedoption to disable it when you use a traditional mouse.
  

Once done with the steps above, check if the issue will persist.

Precision Touchpad

Hi. I own a Samsung series 9. Im not entirely sure if my laptop even has a Precision Touchpad. It does say that the system has a "Limited Touch Support with 5 Touch Points" I dont know if this really helps but i just want to ask if it is possible for my
laptop to get a Precision Touchpad. Is there something I can download and install to get a Precision Touchpad. I recently updated my OS to the Windows 10, this is when I first learned of the Precision Touchpad.

 

How to disable Multi-touch gesture

I have tried what you have suggested however non of the sliders disable multi touch gestures. It looks like Microsoft have completely omitted the ability to disable multi touch gestures in Windows 10?

here is a pic of it in Windows 7, I need to know what the 'enable multi-touch gestures and inkinkin' check box does in the registry and see if it is possible to replicate in the Windows 10 registry.
