Windows 10: Auto-shrinking dialog box in file explorer when I right click on a folder and chose "Share"

This only happens with OneDrive for Business and sync'd SharePoint foldersHere is the option I'm refering to-Here is a view of the dialog box after it mysteriously automatically shrinks right before my eyesDon't tell me its a virus thats doing this! Then I doubt the program in question is using the Common dialogs. Here's the Open dialog from Notepad after hiding the folders:

Thanks for getting back, Sanjiv. It seems that the users were not configured to have full control of those folders you want to share. We suggest going into the Advanced settings of your File Explorer and adjust the permissions. Follow these steps:

• Open File Explorer.
• Locate the folder you want to have full access.
• Right-click it and select Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click Edit to change the permissions.

Once done, try sharing the folders again.

KeithM... I ran the script as you suggested (with the exception of "Desktop", which I want to keep.) It did clean those folders from File Explorer. However, they still show in the open dialog box, which is my main concern.

I rarely use File Explorer, because I use XYplorer. Interestingly, XYplorer does not show any of these predefined folders, nor does it show any of the junctions. I'd be happy if the open and save dialog boxes looked like the XYplorer display.
