Windows 10: Windows is stuck while reseting

I tried to reset my win10 and reinstall it from cloud but it's stuck Now after installing only 3%What can I do please. I'm afraid that if I pressed power button some thing wrong May happen!

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
