Windows 10: program in Appdata roaming keeps on launching not able to stop it or find it.

Program in Appdata roaming keeps on launching not able to stop it or find it. I have found the same in registry deleted it but its back. How can it be removed. The image is there below and this keeps interrupting any full screen program. It could be a security issue also . I have already scanned the system and the done an offline scan and also scanned with Malwarebytes free version. What can I do and what is launching this screen.

Programs installing in AppData/Roaming

Hi,

Recently when I tried to install few softwares in my Windows 10 system files are installing in App C:\Users\Krish\AppData\Roaming instead of Program Files or Program Files x86. Any idea or help why this is happening or how it can be corrected?

Programs cannot write&read in appdata/roaming

Im trying to use a program which creates a temporary file in appdata roaming, even though i run the program as an administrator, have done sfc /scannow procedure, and a million other things to try to fix it, the appdata folder is still "read-only"

and programs cannot access it, even though i can.
