Will a Windows 10 version update recreate the 450 MB recovery partition

Will a Windows 10 version update recreate the 450 MB recovery partition? I have created a recovery drive on a USB flash drive and I remember that after the recovery drive creation that a message popped up that I could safely delete the recovery partition
on the desktop storage drive. I checked Disk Management and two recovery partitions exist on Disk 0. One partition is 300 MB and before C: drive and the other is 450 MB and after the C: drive. I assume that the 450 MB partition is the one that I can safely
delete. If I delete the 450 MB recovery partition, will Windows 10 recreate the partition the next time I update the Windows 10 version?

The 450 MB is the current one. The 300 MB was the original which was superseded.

The reason is the Windows Upgrade needed to create a larger Recovery Tools partition and could not do so at the original location, so it shrank the C partition and created it in that space.

Windows 10 450 MB Recovery Partition

Yesterday i upgraded to new spring version. When I turn my computer on I got a notification that F drive has low space. I found out that it is a recovery partition. Now I have 33.7 MB from 449 MB. What i have to do DELL recommended me to delete this
partition but I saw that is not recommended. I don't now how to increase size of this partition.
