Windows 10: D drive keeps disconnecting and reappears after restart

I have SSD of 111g and a hard disk of 930gb, it was all fine until 1.5 weeks ago my drive d started disappearing and it keeps disappearing the only way to have it back is for me to restart the laptop and, I have removed the bad sectors I have formatted it and have changed the name of the disk but it is still a problem. also if the drive is gone then in device manger it shows that the drive has been disconnected code 45 and to fix it reconnect the drive, this is strange because it is an internal hard disk and there is no wiring problem that I have checked from a shop. plz tell how can I fix it

Deleted folder reappears on restart

I have shift-deleted my Users folder on Drive D:. However, it reappears when I restart Windows 10. I am using the Users folder on my C: drive.

I know it's gone. When I restart the folder isn't there but it does show up a minute or so later with the current date and time.

How can I delete this folder permanently? I have tried various suggestions from MS and other forums but none seem to work. Running Microsoft Safety Scanner showed no corrupted files.
