    Reporting bug in Microsoft Jigsaw - who to report bug to for it to be attended to


    Microsoft Jigsaw – Landscapes - Tate-yama, Japan – Please correct the timing formula. Test made 2021-09-05 I knew this is faulty, and had previously reported this, some years ago. Select the 24-piece option. See first picture below.My time, 01:24, does not replace the previous time by the programmer, 01:40. The programmers time ought not to be there. See 2nd picture below.Microsoft Jigsaw – Landscapes - Tate-yama, Japan – 24 pieces – Please correct the timing formula.Second Test made 2021-09-05 My time has been reduced to 01:15. However, this does not overwrite my previous time 01:24. The prog

    Bug Reporting

    Canonical can do that, since they have a userbase in the millions, and probably bug reports in the thousands. or 10's of thousands.

    Microsoft has a userbase in the billions, and bug reports in the 100's of millions. It's just not practical.

    Hi,

    unfortunately there is no publicly accessible way to report a bug. One may only sent feedback.

    But few of us have access to bug reports so it is possible to enter bug if you'll clearly describe a step-by-step bug reproducing.

    Although, given the number of users here, the chances are that the bug you've found has already been reported a few times.

    Microsoft actively monitor this forum, as do many MVPs, so you'll get someone's ear for sure.
