    i have a very unusual problem with my windows 10 home acer laptop. i really hope i can explain it properly .my laptop is acer nitro 5. i only use it for basic stuff. I don't play games on it or do office things. recently i got a problem when i try to boot or reboot the laptop. the spinning dots that indicates that windows is loading completely freezes after 3 seconds of booting. the only way i can get in without making it freeze is to enter BIOS, exit it without changing anything and the spinning dots will not freeze and i can get in without any problems. i don't encounter any problems when i

    Windows 10 freezes randomly


    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.

    windows 10 freeze at startup

    PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

    My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.
