    Just spent mega time with Apple going over phone settings regarding picture downloading Ex Apple12 Mini to Photo file. Windows10 They are convinced issue lies with Microsoft or HP all in one 4VUQ5H8 / I5 7400/2.4G/64 bit/12G ram/1TB. On rare occasion after multiple attempts, system will D/L a few pics and then crash. Mostly on other attempts it crashes outright. Secondly, on the few pics that were downloaded, Explorer did not create a dated folder with the pictures and as far as I could tell it wasn't anywhere to be seen in explorer. It appeared only in Explorer only after Photos drop

    Click the highlighted button in my pic, and select save to file.

    Multi Photo download

    I have tried those exact steps, but am unable to extract the files. When I click on what is "downloaded", it takes me to my Google photos through a html link. I don't have the files on my computer. Any suggestions?
