    computer making ear piercing noise


    woke up this morning to ear piercing noise from computer. Turned it off, still making noise. Unplugged from wall, still making noise. Turned off switch on wall, still making noise. Turned computer back on and now using it but noise still on. Not sure what to do?

    ear-piercing feedback noise when calling

    Hi all,

    Problem here with my rather new Nokia 1650. When I'm on the phone it frequently makes a ear-piercing feedback noise. This is just terrible.

    Does anyone know how to solve this? Or is this supposed to be normal?

    I have set the speaker volume as low as possible because this sound really hurts my ears.

    Not sure if my phone did this from the beginning.

    windows 10 installation crash from windows 7 loud piercing noise

    Hello community,

    I just tried to install windows 10 on my Dell Vostro running windows 7.

    I got through 38% of the installation when computer froze to a black screen and a high piercing and loud noise came out of the speakers. After an ear ache and time lost approx 3 hours - the computer let me reboot windows 7 back. Whew... that was terrifying.

    Any suggestions?

    No, your response did not help

    The problem is NOT that the computer wakes up - it is that it CRASHES and MAKES A LOUD PIERCING NOISE

    and then it is DIFFICULT to REBOOT, usually taking SEVERAL ATTEMPS

    I tried the System Maintenance troubleshooter, but it did not flag any issues.
