Windows 10: Why is the full Windows 10 update history still displayed after updating to Windows 11?

In all prior updates to a new version of Windows, the new version is listed in the first section of the windows update history page under Feature Updates, and the prior version's update history is cleared. After updating to Windows 11, my full Windows 10 update history is retained under Quality Updates in addition to the first two Windows 11 Quality Updates. I thought it might have been deleted after 11 automatically deleted the windows.old directory, but that's not the case.Not a big issue, but I'm curious as to why this is the case.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Update history makes some sense if updates aren't shoved down your throat whether you like it or not. Like... you know, like Windows 10 updates its own shit. With no control, who cares!? Windows Update MiniTool gives some of control in my hands, but it's absolutely retarded to use a 3rd party app for something Windows has already been doing just fine in Win7 and Win8.x.
