  1. Default admin account for launching apps

Hi there,I have raised this question before, but so far got no proper answer. Here is the link to the old discussionhttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hello/how-to-change-the-default-admin-account-for/f68e2b2e-4d8e-4030-960a-7332699a0731Below I attach a photo taken to demonstrate the problem.I have 2 admin UAC and 1 non-admin user account 3 accounts all together. The old admin account is Microsoft-linked account, the newly created one is the local admin account. Most of the time I work at my laptop using the non-admin user account, only occasionally I use my admin

Mail app only working when signed in under Admin account

Upgraded from Windows 7 about two months ago, but this just started a few days ago.
Tried to read my email and found that I could not use the mail app when signed in under my User account. (previously worked fine.)
If I sign in under my Admin account, the mail app works normally.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the mail/calendar app, and now I don't even have the icons to launch them- not even listed on the start menu, except when using the Admin account.
Is there another way to launch or repair the app?
    Any suggested fixes?
Don't want to keep having to sign in as Admin just to read my email.
    Thanks!

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
