Windows 10: No Windows Apps Will Launch

Hello, every time I open any Microsoft application whether it be Store, Xbox, Camera, etc., it immediately closes. I've tried every single troubleshooting method to restore the Store and other apps. I primarily want to open the Xbox app, but I also would like access to all my Windows apps as well. I got the error code "ms-windows-storeurgeCaches File system error -2147219196." when I ran the wsreset.exe program, I've tried troubleshooting software, terminating, resetting the apps, reinstalling apps, pretty much everything. Some things require permissions or give me access denied prompts

Windows 10 Apps are unable to launch

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

Before starting the troubleshooting steps, I suggest you to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it helps. If not, try these steps:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to re-register all Windows Store Apps by running the following commands in a CMD window started as Administrator:

"$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Their is no error message in opens for like half a second then closes, and the Option Windows Store Apps is not there
