Windows 10: can not connect phone to pc through bluetooth for play music in pc speaker

Discus and support can not connect phone to pc through bluetooth for play music in pc speaker in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I am trying to play audio from my Galaxy A32 through my desktop.     I am trying to play audio from my Galaxy A32 through my desktop. Normally I would be able to connect them through bluetooth, go to devices, right click on my phone, and click control. From there I would have the option. But right clicking on the phone does not bring up that option. No where in Windows 10 do I see the option to interact with the phone through bluetooth in any way shape or form. Under devices, clicking on the phone just brings up the properties tab. Right clicking, the only options I have is: connect via access point, remove device, troubleshoot, and properties. Ive looked every

    Hello Tanya,

    Your Bluetooth speaker might be paired with your PC but not connected. You can try the following steps to manually connect it:

    • Make sure your Bluetooth speaker is turned on.
    • On the far right of the Windows taskbar, press and hold (right-click)
      Volume      , and then select Playback devices.
    • On the Playback tab, select the Bluetooth speaker, press and hold (or right-click) it, and then select
      Connect.
    • Select your Bluetooth speaker, and then select Set default. Music should play on your Bluetooth speaker now.

    Let us know if performing the steps makes any difference.

    Win10 on Dell Inspiron Desktop PC

    I want to play music from my Samsung Galaxy S6 through the bluetooth speaker system on my PC. After successfully pairing the phone, I discover that it is not connected. The bluetooth speakers are connected, but the phone only shows as "paired". In the Bluetooth popup, "allow a device to connect" is greyed out. After a Google search, I know this is a common problem, but proposed solutions don't work in my case. I tried rebooting both PC and phone, but no help. I installed the latest Bluetooth driver from Intel, but no change.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
