Windows 10: frozen keyboard plzz help

Discus and support frozen keyboard plzz help in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I really need help my keyboard keeps freezing ive done everything from updating my windows to checking my keyboard settings i even checked for viruses...     frozen keyboard plzz help


    I really need help my keyboard keeps freezing ive done everything from updating my windows to checking my keyboard settings i even checked for viruses on my laptop. everytime i press certain letters or numbers they wont pop up. i have to press multiple times just to get a single letter to pop up. and other times it runs smoothly. someone plzz help
