I have a brand new HP laptop model 15-dy2000 2D115AV purchased through Amazon and shipped from China. Presently running Windows 10 Home in S mode. I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 11. I'm asked to check for laptop compatability. I d-loaded but I'm unable to execute WindowsPCHealthCheckupSetup. I receive notice, "The system adminstrator has set policies to prevent this installation." I know of no policy I set to prohibit Microsoft from installing WindowsPCHealthCheckupSetup. How in the world could I possibly set a policy prohibiting Microsoft from installing a Microsoft app onto w

Trying to upgrade to Win 11 not permitted to execute WindowsPCHealthCheckupSetup.exe

Win 10 not executing some exe files 0xc0000135

Hoping that someone has been able to resolve a similar problem and provide some suggestions.

Surely there must be a solution that does not involve formatting the HDD and reinstalling a clean copy of Win 10.

Most of the computer still works fine! I just can't run some exe files. I need to fix this as it is not an option to leave it, I need to be able to open pdf files and run the other exe files.

    Still looking for suggestions.

    Thanks
