Windows 10: I can't click some area above my taskbar because there is a hidden box

After I updated to windows 11, I found this hidden box. The box rarely appears, but it's annoying because I can't click anything in that area. How do I do know the apps/process that executed that box? Thank you

This issue with search box may happen if it's hidden from the taskbar.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the taskbar and select Search.
• Select Show search box.

To address your concern, follow the steps below on how to show hidden icons on the taskbar.

• Open Settings, and click on the Personalization
  icon.
• Click on Taskbar on the left side, and click on the
  Select which icons appear on the taskbar link under the Notification area section on the right.
• Turn on Always show all icons in the notification area at the top
