    Lost Bit locker recovery key


    HiI recently sent my computer off to HP to be fixed as the screen was cracked. I have just had it back and the computer is asking me for the bitlocker recovery key however there isnt one! I have logged ontop my microsoft account and it says there arent any bitlocker recovery keys associated with the account How can i find it?I have a bitlocker recovery ID, but no way of linking the ID to the key Please helpThanksRob

    Please provide some additional information, so that we can assist you better.

    1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
    2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
    3. What is the make and model number of your computer?

    Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

    bit locker recovery key

    any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



    please advise how to find the recovery key
