Windows 10: How to disable the upgrade Windows 11 link opened automatically at start up?

Hello everyone, Sometimes when my Windows 10 starts up, the browser will be open the upgrade Windows 11 link automatically, it is really annoying and I want to disable it. I would like to help you.

You can try to disable automatic updates starting from the point that automatic updates behave like any service. Follow these steps:

* Press the Windows + R key, type services.msc in the execution bar and press the Enter key.

* In the list of processes locate the Windows Update and open it by clicking on it.

* To disable it, in the General tab, look for the field "Type of start" and change it to "Disabled".

* Restart the PC and the automatic updates will have gone down in history.

If at any time you want to activate them again, simply follow these steps again and change the startup type to "Automatic".

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

  Incorrect Internet Explorer settings.

  Conflict between third party applications.

  Conflict between browser add-ons.
  

Try the steps listed here and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to disable browser add-ons and check the issue is caused due to any browser add-ons. Check if it helps.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode with Networking and check if the issue persists or not. If the issue does not occur in Safe Mode with Networking, you may set the computer in
a clean boot and check if it helps.

If the issue does not occur in safe mode with Networking you may try step 2:
