Cannot boot into windows 7 SSD and need someone who knows what they are doing!

I’ve tried so many different things and I’m going out of my mind with this. I may have made the situation worse by trying to solve this myself. I had a dual boot system with Windows 10 a Windows 7 and I found myself unable to boot into Windows 7 with the dreaded “disk read error press cntrl alt del”. I honestly cannot remember why this happened but it was something to do with making a partition active when I shouldnt have done. The windows recovery disk is seeing the operating system and has told me all is fine but I cannot boot into it. I would rather not rebuild my Windows 7 drive as i

    windows 10 slow boot

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.

So Windows 7 knows when a HDD is a SSD

So ever since running some version of windows 7, when ever I go to the defragment options, it has never listed my c: drive(s) since they were always on a single SSD or 2+ in raid0. I really have no point beyond saying I think that's wonderful, and glad to know for sure since I was confused for the longest time. proof in the pictures.

How do I install windows 10 without harming my windows 7?

Here's what I suggest you to do:
    1. From Windows 7, download & Install Macrium Reflect Free. Connect one of your new 500GB HD and clone your current Windows 7 to it. Follow step 1,2,3 from the screen shot:

    1. Disconnect your current Windows 7 then boot up with the new cloned copy of Windows 7
    2. Upgrade it to Windows 10 so it will be fully activated.
    3. If you decide to keep Windows 10 then do a fresh install of Windows 10. If not, disconnect the 500GB HD containing Windows 10 then re-connect your Windows 7
    4. You are back to where it was before.
