Windows 10: File Explorer Windows 11

New computer and upgrade to Windows 11 early this month. When trying to drag a file from Download into another folder, File Explorer slams shut without moving my file. I try to keep my download folder fairly empty and organized. Why is file explorer slamming shut?

Internet Explorer 11 not working on Windows 10
