Windows 10: Printer Driver Installation Failure - Xerox 235 MFP

I've been unable to install the print driver for my new Xerox B235 MFP. The driver installation fails with no other information that I can find. I've tried installing from an Administrator account and restarted the computer before every installation attempt. The printer itself seems fine and I suspect whatever error is occurring happens before the computer even gets to the stage of trying to talk to the computer.Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB Product ID 00330-50000-00000-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition W

Xerox N24 Docuprint Printer does not install on windows 10

Here's what happens:

-Search for printers and select 'The printer that I want isn't listed' option

-Select 'My printer is a little older. Help me find it.' option in pop-up window

-Select the Xerox N24 Docuprint printer from search pane

-Correct driver isn't listed in the normal driver files, select the 'Have Disk...' option and search driver files

downloaded from Xerox site, select the Xerox N24 Docuprint driver

-Give printer a name and press next

-It says its installing printer

-The name printer screen appears again

The last three steps keep looping, and I can't seem to figure out how to get it finalized. The drivers I have downloaded from Xerox were for windows 7, but the company has said

that those files will work with Windows 10, and that the issue is that Windows 10 requires a digitally signed driver. The N24 Docuprint drivers are indeed old enough that they do not have a digital signature with them.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

 

DRIVERS FOR XEROX PHASER 3100MFP FOR WINDOWS 10

I just installed Windows 10 but can not find a scan driver for my Xerox 3100MFP. I got one for the printer but none for the scanner which is connected via usb to my desktop. It will just not communicate with the PC

The hardware is OK (print, copy all work - I have connected to an old desktop running XP and it scanner is OK

Xerox are trying to resolve but not sure when

(have also tried Win 7/8 & Vista drivers but no good)

Anyone have a Win 10 scan driver for the 3100 MFP?

When I downloaded the drivers from Xerox, my computer still couldn't find my printer (Xerox Docuprint N17 network laser printer). The software from Xerox asked for an IP address. When I printed the config sheet from the printer it did not list an IP address
or the mask info. It lists info under the headings: general, system menu, tray menu, PCL Menu, parallel menu, and serial menu, but there is no IP address under any of those headings.

So to summarize, the drivers downloaded from Xerox but my printer is not found. Xerox won't help because they do not support my printer anymore. The global drivers from Xerox had worked for windows 7, and this problem of not finding the printer started
this week when I went to windows 10.
