    Bitlocker Recovery Key

    I sent my Lap top away for warranty repair. When it came back, Bitlocker was activated and I cannot find a Bitlocker recovery key to be able to use my computer. I have already went into my Microsoft Account online and chosen the option to retrieve my
    Bitlocker recovery key, but every time I do, it navigates to a blank screen that says "URL is unavailable. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this problem?
