Windows 10: BSOD related to the -ACPI COMPLIANT CONTROL METHOD BATTERY- DRIVER IN AORUS 17 LAPTOP

Hello everyone! i would really appreciate help with this problem, my aorus laptop throws BSOD when it turns on in battery mode if it was suspended or turned off connected to the power, and vice versa, BSOD if you turn it on connected to the power and you suspended it in battery mode, i have tried to reinstall it, update drivers, etc and it didn't work. Apparently the problem disappears if I disable the ACPI Battery control driver, has this happened to anyone?

In notification panel battery icon not showing. So I'll check computer management but acpi compliant control method battery driver not in there.... What can I do

I have a HP ENVY 17t (17-u292cl) Touchscreen Laptop. I'm having problems with my Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver. Battery icon shows losing power rapidly until I go into the Sleep mode. After I restart from the Sleep mode the battery
charge looks to be correct for a short while and then the icon shows a rapid decline in battery power. Does anyone have the same problem or solution for this issue?
