Windows 10: Windows 10 auto upgrade ended with blue screen error, no restart

Windows 10 Home 20H2 6/‎10/‎2020 19042.1526 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0 Dell XPS-15 9560 ~10 years of use and auto upgrades without previous issues.An auto upgrade apparently began after turning on from previous shutdown. Stated 100% completed. Found in blue screen stopcode error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. Stated microsoft was getting error data then would restart. Did not restart. I left powered another hour but no change.On smartphone went to microsoft site for procedure for stop code restart recovery and followed 3 consecutive 10 second power offs/on but did not enter in

• Aside from the updates, were there other changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Windows 10 blue screen error and auto restart

I installed win10 to my new computer. But it often unpredictably jump into blue screen error and auto restart.(didn't run any heavy load program). The error code is as follow, Does anyone know what's the problem and how to solve it? THX

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
