Windows 10: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR bluscreen and WiFi interface not being detected

I got yesterday that blue screen with INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR_CODE. After the reboot, the notorious issue do not know if more things are impacted, was that the laptop was not detecting the WiFi interface. I tried a few more reboots with no luck.Today, when booting up the device again, the WiFi was there, up and running. But 5 minutes later, same blue screen, and same issue. Can you provide an email address to send you both .dmp files? To troubleshoot the issue, follow these methods:



Method 1:

Step 1:

Start your computer in safe mode and check if the issue persists:

Step 2:

If it works fine in safe mode, perform clean boot to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to use these commands to repair Windows:

• Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

I have a 2016 MSI GE72 2QC Apache laptop, and since October I've been getting bluescreens at random occurrences (4 in total, 2 triggered while playing Gary's Mod).

Windows phone is not detecting

I suggest you to connect the phone to another computer and check if it gets detected. Also, check if the phone gets detected by connecting with a different USB cable.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
  
• Click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.
