Windows 10: Unable to enable cellular network adapter in Win11

Hello,I have a Samsung Galaxy book Pro 360 5G laptop. I only used it for about a week and suddenly I noticed the cellular network is gone from the setting. However, I was still able to see it in the settings and adapters, please see below screenshot. In the adapter list, it shows disabled, I tried to enable it, the pop up window says "enabled", however, the adapter was still gray and shows "disabled". I have also tried to do a reset as well as factory recovery. All won't solve the problem. I also tried windows diagnostic tool, it says there's problem with the driver but won't be able to fix it

Cellular/SIM connection not available/disappearing

A faulty cellular adapter is one of the possible reasons why the cellular connection is disappearing from the laptop. A disabled adapter in the Network Connections Settings can also be the cause of this issue. We suggest you to enable the cellular connection
in the Network Connections settings. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key.
• Type View Network Connections.
• Press the Enter key.
• Right-click on the cellular adapter and click Enable.

Cellular option missing from Action Center Windows 10

Hello,

The issue might cause it the Adapter for Cellular data is disabled. I suggest you to enable from Control Panel by following the steps below and check.

• Right Click on Start button and select
  Control Panel.
• Click on Network and Sharing Center.
• In the left pane, click on Change adapter settings.
• Right click on the Network (Cellular Data) and select Enable.
• Provide the Administrator password if prompted and check for status.

cellular network adapter

Hi,

I have a think pad x260 and when i insert a modem, its not visible in drives or network.

I tried looking for cellular adapter in my adapters list but i realize its missing.

My question is, how do i add this adapter in window 10 pro os?

any help is greatly appreciated.
