    Windows 10 Import Address Book

    Ok, this is simply beyond my intellect. I want a step-by-step method of moving my MS 7 OS. Office 2007 address and contact lists over to the newest Windows OS - OS 10,

    I'd also like to know, step by step, how to move the same information from my iPad Pro to my Windows 10, Outlook 16 software.

    This can't be a difficult process, but I'm not technologically astute, nor are my friends who are having the same problem. Please HELP!

    We have no address lists or contact lists carried over from Windows 7 and Office 2007. We can't determine how to import the same files from iPad Pro to WS 10, Outlook 16.

    Attempting to import address book from a different email system, earthlink [yeah, I know]. It seems to export in a spread sheet but cannot figure how to sync to new gmail. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Thank you for updating me HA.111

    Here is the step to remove that old email address.

    Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

    Just do this step and your good to go.
