Windows 10: Realtek Audio console - can not connect to RPC service

Discus and support Realtek Audio console - can not connect to RPC service in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I need to add "enhancements" in sound for microphone...     Realtek Audio console - can not connect to RPC service


    I need to add "enhancements" in sound for microphone... Tried lots of tutorials... can't even remember what I did.
