Windows 10: Automatic Repair Loop Windows 10 Stopcode:DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG

i have a windows 10 that is stuck on automatic repair. when i open it up it does this screenThen it goes dark for a while.Then it does thisThen after that it does this It goes like that for some time then after, it goes to this blue screen of deathHow do i fix this without losing any data? Also I have access to a usb that has Windows 10 ISO file in it. And I can access bios and windows recovery

black screen 'preparing automatic repair' stuck in loop

The machine has been in this loop all morning

a blue screen comes up and states:

go to www.windows.com/stopcode

provide stop code: DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG

any solutions out there?

• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.
