Windows 10: Health check app says my processor isn't supported

    the pc health check app says my processor isn't supported i7-7820HQ although it is listed in the supported processors list here

    PC Health Check app buggy?

    I already have both the secure boot and the TPM.
    Health check app says my processor isn't supported [​IMG]


    I now went through the list of supported processors and my i7-6650U is not on the list. The computer is 5 years old Microsoft Surface Pro. Bummer!

    Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
    3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
