Windows 10: Computer black screen. Mouse and kboard not working

I am having a problem with my pc. While browsing or playing a game or while being away from it. It is totally random sometimes it occur for a long time and sometimes after a couple of minuutes of being on.Scene1I am experiencing black screen, mouse and keyboard power being off. Cpu fan spinning and fan hub spinning. Hdd spinning. Cant operate power and reset buttonScene 2 experiencing the same symptom even when there is no hard drive. Black screen with mouse?

i seem to be getting this alot lately. how do i solve it?

windows boots, welcomes, then i get black screen with mouse and nothing else. mouse works, its not frozen. it will sit at that screen for hours.
