Windows 10: W11 June updates KB5014668 and KB5014697 causing system crashes

Since the June updates started getting frequent crashes.Motherboard driver is up to date, as are graphics card and other drivers.It seems to be a graphics related issue - the shutdowns cause the screen to go dark and then either an automatic reboot occurs or I have to restart the computer manually by holding down the power button. The mouse may also freeze and the computer becomes unresponsive to input.Most of the errors appear to be LiveKernelEvent 141 or 144.Rolling back to previous Cumulative Updates seems to fix the problem. Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

DirectX June Update

Microsoft has released an updated version of DirectX for June, although it isn’t clear whether the update is just for DirectX 9.0c or for DirectX 10 on Vista as well. Regardless of this, it is still recommended that Vista users update their systems because Vista will benefit from any DirectX 9.0c fixes when playing DirectX 9 games. The web installer is only for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions), whilst the redistributable version will also work with Vista.
