How to lock child's device remotely if the device is Windows 10 not Windows 11?

So, my brother is useing Microsoft Family Safety as a member, and I and my parent as an organizer If you ask why I am allowed to be an organizer, the answer is MICROSOFT FAMILY MEMBER AND ORGANIZER DOES NOT HAVE AGE LIMIT, SO ANY PERSON CAN BE EITHER A MEMBER OR AN ORGANIZER, but in some countries, this doesn't apply, but in my country this is apply. The problem is my brother is using Windows 10 PC that can't be upgraded to Windows 11 because of unsupported hardware and don't have TPM, don't have Secure Boot and only Windows 11 devices can be locked via Microsoft Family Safety. Why I cannot

How to lock child's device remotely if the device is Windows 10 not Windows 11?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
