Windows 10: Windows Update and PC Health Check Disagree on Whether I can upgrade to Windows 11

Hi all,After noticing that Windows 11 was available to update to, I attempted to do so, but in Windows Update was told that my PC doesn't currently meet the requirements. After running PC Health, I realized that the TPM 2.0 was not enabled and I went through the BIOS systems to enable TPS and secure boot. However, even after that, Windows Update continues to tell me that my PC does not meet the system requirements. What is odd, however, is that now when I go into PC Health it says that my computer meets all of the requirements. What can I do?

To give a short answer, neither PC has a CPU that's on the current approved list.

Your desktop has a Gen 4 CPU. Win11 requires a Gen 8 or later. I hope that changes before release.

 

PC Health Check for WIndows 11 update

PC Health Check is saying that my processor (correctly identified as Intel Core i5-7200U) isn't supported, but the list of supported CPUs for update from Windows 10 but the list of supported CPUs for Windows 21H2 on the Microsoft web site includes it. What can I do to resolve this?
