  1. Our laptops are connected to Intune


    Hi there, I am posting here to ask for help from you about fingerprints and face recognition login for our laptops. we are using intune and already created configuration profile to enable fingerprint and face recognition login but I can't do that. Here is the erorr I get "We couldn't find camera compatiable with hello face" and same message for finger print as well, I tried to check service.msc, and uninstall the driver and install it, remove the database in winbioface but nothing changed. Is there any way that you can help on this?Highly appreciate your help

    2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?
    3. What is the model number of your ASUS laptop?
    4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?


    I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Connecting To A Computer
    and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.
