Unable to find Potentially Unwanted App handling in settings

I got an alert at the bottom right of my taskbar ? Windows 10... notification panel? of the Windows Defender ? shield with an orange icon, I click it, it opens the Potentially Unwanted App page, showing a bunch of files it found, that it had also "quarantined" and says "will remove"... however, some of these files were install programs that I use and that are considered safe by VirusTotal.I remember getting a prompt when I installed Windows on this computer just last week suggesting to enable PUP handling, I don't remember exactly which option I selected, but now I'm unable to find this

    :)

  2. Potentially Unwanted App Found (Not)

Yesterday, I got a notification for a Potentially Unwanted App Found. I briefly went through the steps to find the app, but I got nowhere.

Today, I received another notification so I took the time to research the entire paradigm for discovering the app. I opened Windows Security from the notification. I next went to App and Browser Control. However, there is no [Review] box under Reputation-based Protection. (All the settings in this section are set to Default).

There must be something that is activating the notification, but nothing is showing up either on Microsoft or Malware Fighter. Any assistance would be appreciated as this is already becoming annoying. I am running Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1826).

Potentially unwanted apps will now be blocked by default in Windows

Would that it were that simple. Here's what I see in App & browser control

    And when I click Review

As you can see, it doesn't show the name of the app it wants to block.
