Windows 10: Windows 10 infinite boot, repair mode black screen, infinite clean windows install beginning.

So as described when trying to turn on my pc it just displays the spining circles icon for a while, if left on for a long time it starts showing text in the ballpark of "repairing disk 100%" and then it stays that way for seemingly infinite amounts of time I havent actually checked if its infinite because I don't have that much time. After restarting it over and over it goes into the automatic repair mode, but when that mode is launched it's just a black screen with a cursor that shows up if I wiggle the mouse a bit. After that I tried checking out and trying all the tutorials and fixes that

Welcome to Ten Forums, Goonsoon. If your windows 10 is activated you can clean install it and it will automatically activate again. Just follow the steps, sometimes the only thing to do is start over.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Windows 10 infinite loop black screen reboot. Unable to Boot using Safe Mode.

Windows 10 infinite loop black screen reboot. On prompting instead of 'Advanced Setting's option I pressed the 'Continue' option. Even F8 Safe Mode is disabled for me. Need help in resolving this issue by getting into Safe Mode somehow.
