Windows 10: My PC says it has volume but i'm not hearing anything

I'm using headphones, it suddenly went low volume on max volume then it went quiet just this morning, i tried everything. i tried putting my headphones to different port, i even uninstalled my realtek high definition audio and reinstalled it.Here's a pic of my sound settings, it says i have volume but i'm not hearing anythingP.S can anyone from microsoft send me a link to reinstall an actual realtek high definition audio? i think i installed a wrong one

Step 1:

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.

Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.

 

LUMIA 535. The hearing volume has rediced considerably and as I result I cannot hear people talking to me. Plese suggest methods to improve hearing volume.

LUMIA 535 - The hearing volume has reduced considerably and it happened suddenly. Now I cannot hear properly people speaking to me. Please suggest ways or settings to improve hearing.
