Windows 10: Windows Hello Face couldn't sign you in

Hey there,I have a problem with windows hello Face on windows 10. I have set up windows Hello Face, but when I wanna log in, the camera will recognize me on the login screen but then it will give me an error " That option is temporarily unavailable. For now, please use a different method to sign in." It's killing me to troubleshoot it. Would anyone pls help me figure this out PLEASE and Thank you.

I just got a new laptop MSI prestige 15 and I am unable to set my Windows Hello Face (fingerprint works fine). At the settings sign-in options it says that "This option is currently unavailable-click to learn more." "We couldn´t find a camera compatible
with Windows Hello Face." My windows is up to date.

As per your query, I suggest you to change the Sign In option and check if it helps.

To change Sign In option, follow the below steps.

  Type Setting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Settings.

  Select Accounts.
  
• 
  Select Sign In option on the left panel.
