Windows 10: Account Unknown S-1-14-3... showing up on Properties Panel

Hi,There's an unknown account showing up on the Security Panel in Properties. Is this normal? I want to ensure that my computer isn't compromised. I think it showed up after the 2H22 Windows Update, but I'm not entirely sure. I've tried removing it, but it reappears after a system restart.

Hello,

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I am seeing an account that I did NOT create. So I deleted it by going into Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts > Manage Accounts then I click on the unknown user account and delete it. That said.... It
comes back. I have also followed the below suggestions from other posts and still does not seem to work.

Let’s try simple steps and check if the user account is detecting and try removing it.

  Press Windows key + R, type netplwiz and press Enter.
  
• 
  Check if the user account is appearing on the list.
  
  
• Click on user account and click on Remove. (If user account appear on the list).

Hi
I have noticed on all Documents/videos/photos in properties/security there is an unknown account as per screenshot. If I try to delete it ,I then get a message splash as per second screenshot.
Is there a way to identify this "unknown account" and delete it.
I investigated registry profile image path and it lists this account as myself-strange? Thanks

Account Unknown Account in Permissions for Documents Folder

I have three unknown accounts showing in the Document Folder Permissions.

1. Account Unknown s-1-15-3-3469964869-263285312-1618360021

2. Account Unknown S-1-15-3-3624951433-212565781-4-142318126

3. Account Unknown S-1-15-3-79541342-518727559-4289142326

4. Account Unknown S-1-15-3-4096

These account cannot be deleted. How do you get rid of them
