Windows 10: Making since of File Explorer Folders and Files

1. To many duplicate folders like Documents2. Which duplicate folder are files updated ?3. Which duplicate files in duplicate folders are in One Drive or on my computer or both?4. I want to save a new file I create in a program or App and save it to my computer so it is also on One Drive and then at a much later date use Search or Recent or what other way that I may be able to use that takes fewest clicks that I haven't discovered it in Windows 11 yet. I want my Programs or App that show the last save file is the one in File Explorer and One Drive and know how to find it in File Explorer.

ok i have tried it and i got it to work thanks

but my next problem is it only lists the folders not the files??

 

Files remain in original folder after moving them to new folder in file explorer

The issue that you’ve encountered regarding the File Explorer may be caused by some configuration or files mismatched. To sort out your concern, we suggest that you reset the folder settings from the
Folder Options. This will reboot the folder’s preferences to its default state and remove any possible software conflict. To do this, you may follow these steps:

• Click Start, type File Explorer, and press
  Enter.
• On the File Explorer window, click the View tab > Options > Change folder and search options > View.
• Under the Folder views section, click Reset Folders, and then select
  Yes to confirm.
• Once you’re done, click OK, and then check if the issue persists.

Note: This process will remove the list of files that you recently opened.

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

I want to be able to generate a .txt file that lists all the files and folders in a specific folder on my PC, but don't know the name of any programs that do that. Searched on google a bit and came up with this guide, but it's for XP and I can't seem to find some of the folder options to modify the .bat file. Any suggestions? Thanks

EDIT: The .bat file will do what I want if it is in the folder I want to do it in, but the option I want to add is having the right click option that it shows.
