Cannot enable Virtual Machine Platform

I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.19043.1826

I was trying to install WSL2 but when I was trying to enable Virtual Machine Platform I got this error when restarting: "Failed to update services".

I ran systeminfo.exe and checked to make sure virtualization is enabled.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

 

Blue screen after enabling virtualization/virtual machine platform - VSL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

Hello,

I get a BSoD (with code VSL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED) right on start-up on my new work laptop after enabling Virtual Machine Platform on Windows and Intel Virtualization Technology on BIOS. Disabling either one of them makes the system work, but I need them to run WSL & Docker.

System details:

Laptop model: Dell Precision 3561

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz

Things I've tied:

- Install latest BIOS/firmware updates using Dell Command | Update

- No dumps seem to be generated (the BSoD appears right after the dell startup logo disappears and even though it says it will restart it self, it doesn't - it seems to get stuck and only way out is to force power off)

Any ideas what might be causing this / what else to try?

i am able to perform above steps but at the time i go to control panel <turn windows features on or of <VIRTUAL PLATFORM MACHINE AND I ENABLE THIS OPTION IT RESTARTS MY PC SHOWING WORKING ON UPDATES IT STUCKS BLACK AT THAT TIME
