Windows 10: Microcode update available question

I am using my HP EliteDesk 705 g3 mini and AMD processor. I just did download BIOS update from HP manufacturer and I just did updated BIOS. then I just did disabled Microsoft driver automatically in gpedit.msc settings and System Properties settings. then I just download all software drivers from HP manufacturer then I just did check and installed all Windows Updates, still no microcode available?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6Chb_uVIy8

Sorry, i forgot that this is an englisch forum.

Here my question in english:

Recently microsoft released new microcode patches for spectre 3a, 4 and L1TF.

Why is the Intel Core i7-4790K not in the list with supported CPU's?

Are the microcode updated released by automatic updates or must it be installed manually only?

I could not find any of the new microcode updates for an Intel Core i7-3960X, Core i7-8550U and a i7-4790K.

I know that there is an update catalog for the updates but then the versions must be checked individually for each system and it would be easier if it was released by automatic windows update.

If the system is x64 then i assume that the x64 version has to be installed. I dont know why there is a x86 version available.
