Windows 10: Screenshots turning black.

I know that it seems like there are solutions on the net, but I want to be able to take my screenshots using the Windows key and PrintScreen. I couldn't find any help for this and I don't want to use any third-party stuff, I am used to pressing Win+PrtScn.The problem is this works most of the time, except when I am in fullscreen. Then the screenshots turn black or worse, the screenshot taken is form last time I Alt-Tabbed into the game I strongly suspect that when the screenshot is black, I just haven't Alt-Tabbed I have been able to find no help on the net.

There are several reasons why the screen turns black only. It can be an issue with the software or hardware. Please answer the following questions:

• Are there any major changes made on your computer before the issue started?

Hi Josey -

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
