Windows 10: Sound volume

I have an HP Windows 11 laptop that was recently upgraded from Windows 10. Fully updated to 2H2 64bit. Every couple of seconds the volume bar pops up in the bottom middle of the screen and shows sound increasing/decreasing as well as mute on and off continuously. See attachedI have updated BIOS, sound drivers, chipset of HP but still no solution. I even disabled all notifications in system and it still keeps popping up. Do I have to download Realtek audio manager to adjust these settings as I cannot find it control panel. Please help.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
