    Cannot Reset Windows 11 Password


    Hello,I hope someone can help me.I have Windows 11 on my laptop. I have forgotten my password.I have tried to use the reset from a bootable USB stick. It allows me to enter new details but, when I press enter; it says procedure failed.I have looked at doing it via the command prompt method but, when I go into the recovery mode I don't have that option, and neither will the computer reset operation work. It's a Dell Latitude 7000 laptop I am using. It's a refurbished laptop I bought, and upgraded it from Windows 10 - 11 via the Microsoft free upgrade download.Any help would be gratefully receiv
