Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard - function keys stuck in media mode

I have a Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard, the type that is split and has a function/media toggle for F1-F12 in the top right of the keyboard.I'm not sure exactly what happened but at some point today the buttons somehow switched to all "media" mode. Meaning that when I press F2, the display shows all windows as tiles, etc.The function lock toggle is still set to the gray "Fn" mode and I can't figure out how to turn "off" the "blue" media mode functions. I am using this for work and need the functionality of the Fn keys...the blue functions are not necessary at all in my work.I've tried switching bac

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

 

How to assign Macros for Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard

Has anyone heard if Microsoft have updated software to be able to map keys to text input macros?

Many users of assistive input tech. require these functions to overcome disabilities and repetitive strain injury. Have we made any progress? The old natural keyboard (with keyboard centre software) used to have much better functionality in this respect. Have
we just gone a step backwards or am I missing a trick?
