Windows 10: I have windows 10 pro and I really need Samsung Notes on it so I can transfer from my phone...

Literally everything I do, everywhere I go, the install or download options are just invisible - I even sometimes see the box where it is supposed to be, then it just vanishes like Microsoft does not want me to download it. Perhaps yet another power play where they are trying to make it so I can only use Microsoft apps? It's really annoying and yet another really annoying overbearing move by Microsoft to just control what I can and can't do with my own computer that I spent £1500 on and built myself.

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications.

Note these are the same steps I used to take a screenshot on my Samsung phone.

If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.

However, we suggest you to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter through these steps:

• Press Win + X then select Control Panel.
• Click Troubleshooting.
• Click Hardware and Sound then select Hardware and Devices.
• To run the troubleshooter, follow the steps from the wizard.
