Windows 10: multiple apps not opening

Discus and support multiple apps not opening in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have issues opening some apps like ableton live,assassing creed 3,freepiano etc.It starts , loads then crashes without error.moreover i have noticed...     multiple apps not opening


    I have issues opening some apps like ableton live,assassing creed 3,freepiano etc.It starts , loads then crashes without error.moreover i have noticed that windows debugger app wont even open..these problems are solved while opening via new user account.i have attached crash dump files from appdata... please assist on how to fix the issue..on the side note i think these issues started appearing after new windows cummulative .net framework update.also i have reinstalled windows whilst keeping files,apps and settings..the issue however persistshttps://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10mMncVJ4kMT_
